Race Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Race Program.
Basic rules:
- Race Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Race (before or during the Race) due to force-majeure circumstances;
- Race Organizers are not liable for loss of personal items of participants left without supervision;
- Race Organizers are not responsible for contamination and damage of participant’s clothes, belongings, skin, eyes, hair, etc. with pain caused by volunteers, organizers, other participants of the Race during the Event.
- Race participants are personally responsible for the consequences of contamination and damage of their clothes, things, skin, eyes, hair, etc. with pain during the Race;
- Participants independently provide themselves, if necessary, with means of protection of eyes, respiratory organs from paint during the Race.
Health:
- Each Race participant voluntarily participates in the Race, recognizing all possible risks to his/her own health during and after the end of the Race;
- Each Race participant assumes personal responsibility for his/her physical condition and ability to complete the chosen Race course;
- The Race Organizer is not responsible for physical traumas, injuries, deterioration of physical condition, incurred by the Race participant during the Race;
- The Race Organizer is not responsible for deterioration of physical condition of a participant during the Race and after the Race;
- The Race Organizer is not responsible for any damage (loss or damage to personal belongings) incurred by the Race participant during the Race;
- The Race Organizer is not responsible for any damage caused during the Race by participants or audience.
The Race expenses are covered by the funds attracted from sponsors and partners as well as by the entry fees paid by the participants.
The event is open for all participants of the appropriate age, regardless of sex, according to the Organizer’s requirements:
Running 5 km – participants ages 16 and older;
Running 500 m – participants ages 1-14
The age of the participant is determined as of the date of the event of the current year.
8:00 a.m. – Opening of the Race Village /registration, kids zone/
9:30 a.m. – Stretching for kids
09:45 a.m. – Start for kids on the 500 m course
10:20 a.m. – Stretching for all
10:29 a.m. – Festive opening of The Color Run Ukraine with holi paint
10:30 a.m. – START for the 5 km courses
11:15 a.m. – 01:00 p.m. – Entertainment program*

Welcome to the family of The Color Run Ukraine!
The participants may be admitted to the event upon presentation of the documents when receiving the starter’s package:
- Identification document verifying participant’s age (required for all participants);
All registered participants are responsible for their own life and health regarding the Race and sign a statement about it.
Please, notice!
- In case the participant fails to provide the document verifying his/her age, he/she will not receive the race number and starter’s package
The overall limit of participants on all courses – 3000 participants.
Cost of the entry fee for the courses 5 km by April 1, 2021 is 500 UAH;
Cost of the entry fee for the courses 5 km by August 10, 2021 is 650 UAH;
Cost of the entry fee for the courses 5 km by August 28, 2021 is 850 UAH;
Cost of the entry fee for the courses 5 km on August 29, 2021 is 900 UAH;
Cost of the entry fee on the courses 500 m (kids) by August 29, 2021 is 250 UAN.
Starter’s packages will be distributed:
August 27 and 28, 2021 in the store “Decathlon” running department from 10 to 20:00 at the address: Stepana Bandera Ave. 15th metro station “Pochayna”.
To receive your starter’s package, you need to present:
- Starter’s letter printed out and signed (can be found in your email inbox after the successful payment)
- Document verifying your identity (passport, driver’s license)
At the location distributing the numbers you can also:
- Register for The Color Run Ukraine
- Bring colored pencils, markers, paint and albums as a gift for kids with cancer
- Make a donation for the charity fund Tabletochki and get bright stickers, magnets, cards and pins from The Color Run Ukraine in exchange!
The starter’s package on the 5 km course includes:
- participant’s race bib number
- memorable running t-shirt
- bag with colored paint
- plastic bag
- water and juice at the finish line
- changing rooms and luggage storage rooms
- souvenirs from partners and sponsors

The event is NOT serviced by the electronic timekeeping system. The winners of the competition are not determined
Hydration stations are located at the finish line. Hydration stations offer water, juice.
They also offer medical assistance, toilets, volunteer assistance. No food stations available.
